I believe in human potential.
After a first career in law, nurturing my marriage (29 years and still going strong!), and raising my daughter, I returned to my true passion: psychology. Today, I help my clients create the lives they want in a compassionate, safe, and respectful space.
One of the coolest parts of my job is seeing clients from all walks of life come through the door. Straight couples, LGBTQAI+ couples, families seeking emotional and psychological healing, and individuals who are looking for guidance with a non-judgmental, compassionate, and completely unbiased professional.
My signature therapy style is the result of actual life experiences and formal education, including a Masters in Clinical Psychology, with specialized trainings including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Evidence-Based Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
My goal for you is to provide a safe space where you can grow to your full potential. I will always show you empathy, understanding, and help you to find new avenues to reach your personal and professional goals.
