My Background
After a first career in law, nurturing my marriage (30+ years and still going strong!), and raising my kid, I returned to my true passion: psychology. Today, I help my clients create the lives they want in a compassionate, safe, and respectful space.
My signature therapy style is the result of actual life experiences and formal education, including a Masters in Clinical Psychology, with specialized trainings including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Evidence-Based Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
My goal for you is to provide a safe space where your relationship can grow to its full potential. I will always show you empathy, non-judgmental understanding, and help you to find ways to feel safer in conflict resolution.
